Features
This project utilizes Crestron's newest 2-way handheld remote the TPMC-3X as the main controller for the area. Lighting, HVAC, Audio Visual control is all included.
Audio
Single or multi zone audio control with iPod docking station. The artist name and the cover art can be displayed on the touch screen. The included in wall keypad can also control the audio: change source, turn it on and off, or adjust the volume.
Video
Television, DVD, Digital Set Top Box control. We can surf our favorite TV channels by selecting the station's logo on the touch screen.
Lighting
6 Independent dimmable lighting circuits. Up to 1200 Watts total. Controllable from the CLS-6 dimmer, the in-wall keypad or the TPMC-3X touch panel. Event Scheduler for time or event based control.
The lighting can easily be extended to the whole house, by adding wired or wireless dimmer modules and keypads.
Fireplace
1 Fireplace control is included. (The fireplace must be equipped with a relay contact.)
Air Conditioning
1 Zone of air conditioning. It can be easily extended to the whole house, by adding another wired or wireless thermostats.
Occupancy Sensor
If someone enters the area, the lights will turn on.
If the room is vacated for more than the preset delay time, the lights dim down or turn off, automatically.
Event Scheduler
This project is equipped with a 365 days programmable event scheduler. Daily, weekly, monthly events, can be pre programmed. A few examples:
Turn on the TV and tune to the news channel, every morning when we enter the room.
Dim down the lights, every night, after 11 PM
Turn off the fireplace, 1 hour after we leave the room
